Job Description

As a member of Enterprise IT Application Support team, you will be a technical lead in Data warehousing and Integration platforms. Your primary role is to provide Tier-3 Application administration support & drive automation for applications such as Informatica, Tibco, RabbitMQ and Kafka on UNIX & Windows servers. You will be collaborating with multiple Application development teams to define best practices for implementing Data Integration & Warehousing solutions and help with any Issue debug & resolution. This requires strong technical skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills. Major responsibilities: Leads and maintains assigned enterprise applications to ensure successful deployments and write detailed documentation of Operations (e.g., guidelines, processes, procedures) to train Tier-1&2 teams in India 24/7 On-call support for critical tasks or issues Conduct POCs for upgrades or new software and develop processes to adhere to IT security guidelines and architecture standards As a Tier-3 admin, develop processes for automating major Operations or implement new features and enhancements IT core competencies: General skills - Well versed in general IT skills such as SDLC, networking, storage and UNIX. Accountability - Hold ones self and others accountable for measurable quality, timely and cost-effective results, and accepts responsibility for impacts to the business and changes to business processes. Adaptability - Adjusting own behaviors to work efficiently and effectively in light of new information, changing situations and/or different environments. Collaboration - Fosters working together by establishing, communicating, and reinforcing shared values, norms, and objectives. Influence, People Development and Strategic focus. Java programming is a must.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years IT-relevant work experience, ETL and Informatica

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Administration support for Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud components Experience with Data Messaging protocols such as AMQP, MQTT & JMS Experience with C/C++/Python/Bash programming/scripting Experience with Container technologies and methodologies Good analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills. Expert user of UNIX and UNIX utilities. Good communicator with superb verbal, written, and presentation skills Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members.

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science or equivalent experience Preferred: Master's, Information Technology
