Title: Sr. Program Analyst
Duration: 12 Months to Hire
Track and report on issues in the SDLC Prepare weekly and monthly reports on various group performance and continuous improvement metrics Plan and manage continuous improvement requirements Determine reporting needs for continuous improvement initiatives Develops tools in an effort to streamline continuous improvement reporting process Maintain status on the SW image deliverables, release schedules and release notes Track and report on feature and change requests Manage security issues on a weekly basis, including coordinating meetings between the issue report creator and the owner Exhibit skill and confidence in working cross-functionally across a matrix organization in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment Plan, schedule and monitor movement of SW items/issues through the development queue Provide support to engineering staff on a variety of data gathering and reporting initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
AA/AS in business, software, IT, communications, program/project management or a related field. 5+ years experience in a software engineering environment. Experience using JIRA and Confluence Must be expert in gathering and reporting data using Excel Able to develop VB functions/programs for Excel automation
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in a field as above
Education:
AA/AS in business, software, IT, communications, program/project management or a related field. Certification in project or program management preferred.
