Duties:
Adobe’s Customer Experience team is looking for an instructional designer based in San Francisco to design, write and analyze content for the Adobe Stock team. You’ll be working on technical issue/solution docs, User Guide and FAQ articles, tutorials, video productions, and presentation decks for internal and external consumption. You’ll use data to evaluate the effectiveness of the content and make updates as necessary for maximum impact.
 
Job requirements:
Act as liaison with Adobe Stock’s Content team and others, including: localization, Adobe Studio and tutorial teams, Adobe Stock product marketing and product management
Scope and deliver engaging learning activities and compelling course content for Adobe Stock contributorsto ensure smooth onboarding and retention
Write, edit, and manage accurate and accessible instructional materials that reflect Adobe’s brand and style guides for Adobe Stock contributors and customers
Collaborate with Adobe Stock’s Contributor Success and Biz Dev teams on the production of training videos and tutorials
Share content analytics with the Adobe Stock stakeholders and use data to build an effective library
Collaborate with a variety of subject matter experts and identify target audiences’ training needs and knowledge gaps
Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts to build an effective curriculum
Stay current on Adobe Stock's latest product releases leveraging available learning opportunities 
Create presentation decks, Adobe Spark pages, and other materials used for internal and external circulation
Skills:
5+ years of related work experience, preferably in large matrix organizations
Proven working experience in writing effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts for both B2B and B2C audiences
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud technology
Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Content Management Systems – desired
Creative mindset, with knowledge of the photography, videography, or illustration/vector landscape; familiarity with Stock
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or equivalent work experience
