Our client is seeking a Identity & Access Management Lead to Lead and assist the Information Technology (IT) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team with daily activities. This is a high impact position that requires the ability to lead teams and to multi-task and drive results through others (both internal departments and external). The position requires knowledge of CIP V5 Requirements, Active Directory, and trouble shooting skills. This position also requires working closely with numerous teams across the organization.

Qualifications & Work Experience
• Takes initiative and work independently and as team member
• 3 years’ experience as Team Lead or Supervisory position
• 3 years’ experience Identity & Access Management solutions
• 3 years’ experience using of Active Directory
• Knowledge of privileged account management
• Technical background, especially in a delivery capacity interacting with stakeholders
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated success in efficient collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Strong English grammar, proofreading, and copy editing skills
• Experience in Remedy and JIRA ticketing systems (preferred)
• Advanced MS Office Suite
• CyberArk experience (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Information Systems, or related quantitative discipline

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• CIP 004 – Evidence Collection and Requirement Adherence
o Identify gaps in security and compliance procedures, policies, and implementation
o Maintain Access Control Program and propose process changes
o Implement and oversee daily Access Control Program needs
• CIP 007 – System Security Controls
o Assess, revise and maintain Access Control and procedures
• Participate in security and compliance assessment activities and provide results to management
• Oversee collection of evidence data to support compliance program
• Coordinate remediation of audit findings and assessments
• Active Directory maintenance
• Monitor IT Access Management mailbox for troubleshooting/miscellaneous requests
• Termination/Job Change sync with Human Resources and Legal reports
• Update IT Access Management documentation as required
• Demonstrate ability to process complex technical information and create documentation from diagrams, specifications, and other input sources
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to conduct research into a wide range of issues
• Write in a style that is clear, concise, and friendly
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to program and project priorities and processes
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform gracefully under pressure with minimal supervision
• Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact frequently with business and technical personnel
• Responsible for adherence to IT processes and standards across the program
